摘要
柔性环网控制装置的应用能够解决传统配电网无法持续合环运行的问题,是提高供电可靠性的重要手段。为了解决柔性环网控制装置选址定容的N-P难问题,通过对选址定容问题进行解耦,建立了基于"初筛-细筛"模式的选址模型,模型以供电可靠性为中心,同时兼顾供电能力和经济性等方面,并通过熵权理想解法对评估方案进行综合寻优;建立了基于净负荷和馈线容量的定容模型,模型贯彻资产全寿命周期理念,在分析电网不同发展阶段特性的基础上,建立了3种适用于电网不同发展阶段的定容方法,具有很强的适用性。通过对某示范区的分析,可知,该文所建模型具有很好的科学性和工程实用性。
The application of the flexible DC loop network controller can be used to solve the problems that the tradition distribution network can't continue to run under the looped operation and improve the reliability of power supply. This paper establishes the location model based on the ‘primary screen-fine screen'mode by means of decoupling the locating and sizing issues in order to solve the locating and sizing NP-hard problems of the flexible DC loop network controller. The model is central with power supply reliability with taking into account of the supply capacity and economic and realizes comprehensive optimization for assessment program through entropy and ideal point analysis manner. Then,this paper establishes the sizing model based on net load and feeder capacity,which carries out the life cycle management of assets concept. And three kinds of applicable sizing methods applied in different stages of development grid are studied based on the analysis of different stages of development characteristics of the grid,which has strong applicability. The scientific and engineering practicality of this model is showed through the analysis of a demonstration area.
