摘要
富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)与钙离子及凝血酶混合可形成血小板胶(platelet gel,PG),已作为生长因子的来源而逐渐得到广泛应用,其释放的血小板源性生长因子(platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial cell growth factor,VEGF)、转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)和类胰岛素生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)等是创面愈合阶段必需的因子。大量研究发现PRP和PG对治疗溃疡、烧伤、骨关节炎滑膜炎等效果显著。文章主要就PG的生物学特性、促进创面愈合的相关基础研究及临床应用的进展进行综述。
The platelet gel ( PG) is mainly made of platelet rich plasma (PRP) , which has been increasingly and widely used as a source of growth factors. PG releases platelet derived growth factor, vascular endothelial cell growth factor, transforming growth factor β,epidermal growth factor, and insulin like growth factor 1. These growth factors are necessary for wound healing. Recently studies demonstrated that PRP and PG were effective in treating ulcers, burning, osteoarthritis and arthromeningitis. This article will review the bionomics, the mechanism of promoting wound healing and clinical applications of PG.
