摘要
文章采用电渗析装置,对苦咸水脱盐过程进行了研究。考察了淡水流量、操作电压对膜堆电流、电阻、脱盐率、系统能耗的影响。结果表明:提高淡水流量与加大操作电压使膜堆脱盐率增大、系统能耗增大;膜堆电阻变化较为复杂,在20 V之前,膜堆电阻降低,在20 V^30 V之间,膜堆电阻基本保持不变,超过30 V后,膜堆电阻增大。
The paper introduces that electrodialysis device was used for studying the process of the brackish water desalination. The experiment was researched for the influence of desalination water flow and operating voltage on current of membrane reactor, resistance of the membrane, desal-ination rate and energy consumption of the system. The result showed that improved the desalination water flow and the operating voltage both made the mass transfer flux of the electrodialysis device in-crease. At the same time, the operating current and the system energy consumption also increased.With the changes of the operating voltage, the change of the resistance of the membrane was relatively complex. When the operating voltage was less than 20 V, resistance of the membrane decreased with increasing operating voltage. The resistance of the membrane basically remaind unchanged during the operating voltage was between 20 V to 30 V. It increased when the operating voltage was higher than 30V.
