New desalination process of soluble silk fibroin by diffusion dialysis-electrodialysis

摘要 以高效节能为出发点研究了操作参数对脱盐性能的影响,得到较优的操作参数,扩散渗析(DD):丝素蛋白进液质量分数5%、10倍体积的去离子水、预脱盐率40%~60%;电渗析:电流密度为23.8A/m^2.该集成工艺脱盐,脱盐效率高,且能耗较低,脱盐率达99.93%,丝素蛋白回收率为89.30%,同时相比于传统的透析袋脱盐,水耗减少约88%. Integrated membrane processes of 'diffusion dialysis-electrodialysis (DE)-ED)' were used for CaC12 removal from silk fibroin solution. Influences of operation parameters on desalination capacities were well investigated for objectives of high efficiency and energy saving. The appropriate operation conditions, hence the 5% silk fibroin concentration, the 10 : 1 volume ratio of deionized water to silk protein solution, the 40%-60% pre-desalination rate of DD(diffusion dialysis) and the 23.8 A/m2 of current density were obtained through the experimental results. It was demonstrated that the desalting processes for the production of silk fibroin protein were efficient, the salt rejection was 99. 93%, the recovery of silk fibroin protein was 89.30%, and the water consumption could decrease by about 88% compared with that of the traditional dialysis bag.
