摘要
本文以重庆航天职业技术学院对重庆市中职骨干教师（数字媒体应用技术类）培训为平台，详尽阐述了通过对中职教师的培训，有效地将高职教育中的一些先进的教学方法融入中职教学，对中职学校（特别是欠发达地区中职学校）教学中存在的问题及教学设计等作了系统的总结、分析，并结合实践提出了一些解决目前中职学校专业教学困境的思路和方法。
This paper take the Key Teachers of Secondary Vocational Schools in Chongqing （Digital Media Application Technology）in Chongqing aerospace polytechnic as platform, expound through the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools, some advanced teaching methods in Higher Vocational Education effectly integrated in Secondary Vocational teaching, the problems in teaching and teaching design are systemic summarized and analyzed for the secondary vocational schools （especially the secondary vocational schools in underdeveloped areas）. We combine with practice, puts forward some ideas and methods to solve the current secondary vocational school professional teaching difficulties .
