摘要 试验以45°C老化48d的超干(含水量4%)燕麦(Avena sativa)种子为材料,通过不同浓度PEG-6000(0,-0.3,-0.6,-0.9和-1.2 Mpa)引发0(CK),3和6h后,分析其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,以探讨PEG引发对老化的超干燕麦种子抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:浓度为0和-0.3 Mpa的PEG引发会降低SOD,CAT和POD的活性,导致MDA含量增加,从而降低老化燕麦种子发芽率;而高浓度(-0.9和-1.2 Mpa)的PEG引发则相反。说明适当浓度的PEG引发主要通过提高超干燕麦种子的抗氧化能力来修复其老化损伤,并避免其吸胀损伤。 This study was designed :to analyze the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in ultra-dried (4% moisture content) oat (Arena sativa) seeds. The seeds were deteriorated at 45℃ for 48 d, and then primed with different concentrations of PEG-6000 (0, -0.3, -0.6, -0.9 and -1.2 Mpa) for 0 (CK), 3 and 6 h. This study was to explore the effect of PEG priming on physiological responses of aged ultra-dry oat seeds. The re- sults showed that the activities of SOD, CAT and POD decreased in aged oat seeds primed with PEG at the concentration of 0 and -0.3 Mpa, leading to an increase in MDA content and decrease in germination per- centage. However, the opposite trend was observed after priming with high concentration of PEG (-0.9 and -1.2 Mpa). This indicated that PEG priming repaired the damage of ageing and prevented the imbihi- tion damage in ultra-dried oat seeds by improving antioxidant capacity.
