摘要
采用干法粉末冶金混料,一次成形模具压制不同石墨含量的D465汽车刹车片,并通过LINK惯性台架试验研究人造石墨对摩擦材料性能的影响。结果表明:人造石墨对摩擦材料的理化、力学性能影响不大;随着人造石墨含量的增加,摩擦材料的摩擦系数呈现逐渐减小趋势,磨损量呈现先减小后增大的趋势;人造石墨对摩擦材料的噪音发生情况影响也呈现同样的趋势。结合理化性能,力学性能,摩擦系数,磨损数据综合比较,人造石墨含量在8%左右时,摩擦材料具有最佳的摩擦磨损性能和噪音性能。
D465 car brake pads with different content of artificial graphite were prepared using dry powder metallurgy mixing and mould pressing. Through the LINK inertia bench test, the effects of artificial graphite on the friction material performance were studied. The results show that the artificial graphite has a little influence on physical and mechanical properties of friction materials; With the increase of artificial graphite content, the friction coefficient of friction material shows a trend of gradually decreasing, the wear quantity presents the tendency of decreasing firstly then increasing; the effect of artificial graphite on noise occurrence of friction materials has the same trend as the wear quantity. Combining and comparing with the physical properties, chemical properties, mechanical properties, friction coefficient and wear data, when the artificial graphite content is controlled in 8% , friction and wear properties of friction materials are optimal.
