摘要
以冷季型多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)和暖季型马尼拉草(Zoysia matrella)为试验材料,通过叶面喷施的方法研究不同浓度多效唑(PP333)对2种草坪草解剖结构的影响。结果表明:经不同浓度多效唑处理后,2种草坪草的解剖结构发生一定的变化。在600mg·L^(-1)多效唑处理下,2种草坪草叶片的泡状细胞长度最长,叶片角质层厚度和表皮细胞厚度增加最多,茎角质层厚度为最厚,维管束直径达到最大。综合不同浓度多效唑对2种草坪草解剖结构的影响,以600mg·L^(-1)多效唑处理效果最佳,可作为2种草坪草生产和养护管理上的参考用量。
The influence of different concentrations of paclobutrazol(PP333)on anatomical structure of two types of turfgrasses,the cool season perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.)and warm season grass Manila(Zoysia matrella),was studied by foliage spraying.The results showed that the treatment with two different concentrations of paclobutrazol changed the anatomical structures of two turfgrasses.Compared with other treatment concentrations,the blister cell length of the leaves of the two turfgrasses was the longest and the thickness of the cuticle and epidermal cells in the leaves of two turfgrasses increased most under the treatment of 600mg·L^-1 paclobutrazol;Similarly,under the treatment of600mg·L^-1 paclobutrazol,the cuticle thickness of the terms of the two turfgrasses was the thickest and the diameters of the vascular bundles reached the maximum.Combined with the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol on the anatomical structures of the two turfgrasses,the treatment effect of 600mg·L^-1paclobutrazol was the best,which can be used as a reference dosage in the production and maintenance management of the two kinds of turfgrasses.
