摘要
目的分析2012-2015年深圳市龙岗区≤3岁儿童手足口病流行病学特征,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法,对深圳市龙岗区2012-2015年网络直报的手足口病数据进行分析。结果 2012-2015年深圳市龙岗区共报告≤3岁手足口病例41 642例,年均发病率为6653.00/10万,其中重症病例29例,无死亡病例报告。各街道均有发病,以龙岗街道和布吉街道报告病例较多。男童报告发病多于女童,男女性别比为1.50∶1。结论龙岗区手足口病疫情处于逐年上升趋势,是重点防控的传染病,应加强疫情监测,重点防控13~18月龄的散居儿童和托幼儿童,防止其暴发流行。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD） for children under3 years old from 2012 to 2015 in Long-gang district,Shenzhen,and to provide scientific basis for prevention. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the HFMD data of network system from 2012 to 2015 in Long-gang,Shenzhen. Results A total of 41642 HFMD cases were reported for children under 3 years of age in Long-gang,Shenzhen,the annual average incidence rate was 6653. 00/100000,29 severe cases and 0 death cases were reported in 2012-2015. There were HFMD cases reported in all communities,especially in Nan-wan and Bu-ji communities. The reported incidence was higher in boys than that in girls,and the male-female sex ratio was 1. 50∶ 1. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD increased year by year in Long-gang,more attention should be paid to prevent and control of infectious disease,and it is necessary to reinforce epidemic surveillance to prevent HFMD outbreak,especially on the scattered children and kindergarten children with 13 to 18 months.
