摘要
探讨《内经》不应脉的意义。以文献研究的方法,探究《内经》对不应脉的认识,以研究其内在涵义。不应脉的理论基础是脏气不应,所在脏气上应于司天之气,掩盖了所在脏气本身的真象,表现出司天之气的脉象特征。脏气不应本气而上从于司天之气,脉象不应脏气而应于天,是为不应脉。不应脉的一个特点,是不应脉全体现于寸和尺,寸应该是寸口,包括寸关尺;《素问·至真要大论》所论之脉全以三阴为前提,尺候不应脉左右相同;《内经》不应脉表现在不同的年份,与司天和六气客气密切相关,南政北政各有不同。不应脉为天气之脉象,脏气之不应,以反手其诊和以沉脉之诊都缺乏科学的道理,反其诊则见,应该理解为鉴别脏气之不应,与病气相反,脉从司天而不显脏气、病气。
The significance of Buying pulse inNeijing was discussed. Using the method of literature studies, the author explored the recognition of Buying pulse in Neijing. The theory basis of Buying pulse is nonresponsive zang qi which is responsive to qi of Sitian instead and shows the pulse characteristics of it. One of the characteristics of Buying pulse is that it exists in the inch and cubit. The pulse in Suwen ＂Zhizhen Yaocla Ltm is on the premise of three yin and Buying pulse in Chi are the same in right and left. Buying pulse in Neijing showed difference in different years and the pulse diagnosis of South-North is different from each other. Buying pulse is the pulse of Tian qi and opposite to disease qi. It hides Zang qi and disease qi as a result of following si tian.
