摘要
探讨《内经》刚柔的意义。以文献研究的方法,探究《内经》对刚柔的认识,以了解其内在涵义。刚柔在《内经》中指阴阳属性,包括高下、轻重、虚实、内外、慓悍柔弱、强弱、坚硬、柔软等。或指地之阴阳属性变化,或指疾病的阴阳属性,或指阳气中属于柔性的物质,或指筋的功能属性,或指脉动柔和之性质,或指代气化的性质。刚柔还指男女。在《素问遗篇》中,刘温舒继承了王冰思想,认为刚柔为天干,刚为太过,柔为不及。刘温舒并将刚柔发挥为疫疠,但疫的本质为上刚干失守,疠的本原为下刚干失和。
The significance of hard and soft in Neijing was investigated. The method of literature studies was used to explore the idea of hard and soft in Neijing. The hard and soft in Neijing indicates the nature of yin and yang which includes high and low,heavy and light, deficiency and excess, fierce and weak and so on. It also indicates yin and yang transformation of the earth, or the yin and yang nature of diseases, or the soft part in yang qi, or the function of tendon, or the soft nature of pulse beat, or the nature of qi transformation. It can be the symbol of men and women either. Liu Wenshu inherited the idea of Wang Bing in Suwen Yipian,held that hard and soft are heavenly stems and the hard is excessive while the soft is insufficient. Liu Wenshu developed hard and soft to epidemic disease. However defending the essence of Yi is hard gan losing defending up, while the essence of Li is hard gan losing harmonious down.
