摘要
以乙酰乙酸乙酯和2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯肼为原料,制得3-甲基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基)苯基-5-吡唑啉酮,产率76%;以上述产物为原料,与取代酰氯反应合成3-甲基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基)苯基-4-苯酰基-5-吡唑啉酮。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱等确认结构。此法后处理简单,操作安全。合成的含三氟甲基的5-吡唑啉酮类衍生物,为开发新型含氟吡唑杂环化合物奠定了基础。
3-Methyl-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethyl) phenyl-5-pyrazolone was synthesized with the yield of76% with ethyl acetoacetate and 2,6-dichloro-trifluoromethyl phenyl hydrazine as the materials,and3-methyl-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethyl) phenyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone was synthesized with the above product and substituted acyl chloride as the materials.The structures of the two products were confirmed via infra-red spectra technique and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra technique,etc.This method is characterized by simple after-treatment and safe operation.It can be used to synthesize trifluoromethyl containing 5-pyrazolone derivatives.It lays the foundation for the development of new fluoro-pyrazole containing heterocyclic compounds.
