摘要
目的了解南通市游泳场所水质卫生状况,保障游泳者身体健康,为政府监管提供依据。方法对南通市区游泳场所池水p H值、浑浊度、尿素、游离余氯、细菌总数、大肠菌群进行监测,对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2011年-2015年共监测游泳场所池水样本1 332份,总合格率为90.39%;不同季度、不同类型游泳场所池水总合格率和尿素合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第三季度游泳场所池水总合格率及尿素合格率均低于其他季度;社会经营性游泳场所池水合格率及尿素合格率均低于其他3类;室内游泳池水总体合格率与室外差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.594,P>0.05)。结论南通市区游泳场所池水总体合格率较高,合格率最低的项目为尿素,建议重点加强对社会经营性游泳场所、室外游泳场所和第三季度各游泳场所的卫生监督管理和卫生监测检测,同时强化游泳者健康卫生知识的宣传教育引导。
Objective To learn the sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Nantong swimming sites,so as to ensure the health of swimmers and provide scientific basis for government regulation.Methods We tested PH,turbidity,urea,free chlorine residue,aerobic bacterial count and total coliform bacteria of swimming pool water in Nantong,and the the results were analyzed.Results A total of 1 332 swimming pool water samples were detected from 2011 to 2015,and the total qualified rate was 90.39%.The differences had statistical significance in qualified rates and urea among different types of swimming pools in different quarters(P〈0.05).The overall qualified rate of swimming pool water and urea pass rate were lower in the third quarter than the other quarters,while that of social business swimming pool water were lower than the other three classes.The qualified rate difference between outdoor swimming pool and the indoor swimming pool was not statistically significnat(χ^2= 3.594,P〈0.05).Conclusion The overall qualified rate is higher in swimming pool of Nantong,while the lowest qualified rate is in urea.It is necessary to strengthen the sanitary supervision,sanitary monitoring and testing in social operating swimming pools,outdoor swimming pools and all swimming pool in the third quarter,at the same time to strengthen the swimmer health knowledge propaganda and education guidance.
