摘要
就业心理资本对大学生成功就业具有重要意义,其不仅是就业教育的重要内容,也是关键因素,一旦形成便具有相对稳定性。从心理资本的信心、希望、乐观和韧性维度分析大学生就业能力的不足,需要高校教师采取相应对策,引导大学生通过提升自我效能感,增强就业信心;培养乐观心态,形成合理归因;树立成功希望,规划就业愿景;提升心理承受能力,增强就业韧性。基于就业能力的心理资本,不仅可促进大学生就业的可能性,更能提高大学生职场竞争的优势。
The employment psychological capital has great significance for the successful employment of university students, not only an important content but also a key factor in the employment education, and will become relatively stable once formed. To analyze the insufficient employment ability of university students from the psychological capital dimension of faith, hope, optimism, and toughness, university teachers should take corresponding countermeasures such as enhancing employment confidence by raising self-efficacy; forming reasonable attribution by cultivating optimism; setting up successful hope and planning employment prospect; enhancing psychological ability and employment toughness. The psychological capital based on employment ability can not only promote the possibility of university students' employment but also increase the advantage of their career competition.
