摘要
目的观察冠心病病人合并不同疾病时舌底络脉的情况。方法 2013年6月—2013年10月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院选取冠心病住院病人,采集舌像,比较合并不同疾病病人舌底脉络的长短、粗细、颜色及迂曲程度等情况。结果单纯冠心病病人舌底脉络以短、细、青紫、轻度迂曲为主要表现;冠心病合并糖尿病病人舌底脉络以中长、中粗、青紫、重度迂曲为主要表现;冠心病合并高血压病人舌底脉络长短、粗细、迂曲程度都以中度为主;颜色以青紫为主;冠心病合并糖尿病及高血压病人舌底脉络以中长、粗、青紫、重度迂曲为主。结论冠心病合并疾病的不同,其舌底脉络均有不同程度的差异。
Objeciive To observe the situation of tongue collaterals in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） complicated with different diseases. Methods Patients with CHD were selected from June 2013 to October 2013 in the Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The tongue manifestation was collected.The length,thickness,color and tortuous degree of the bot-tom of the tongue were observed in patients with different diseases. Results The main performances was tongue base context short,fine,cyanosis,mild tortuous in patients with simple CHD.It was tongue bottom context by the long,crude,cyanosis,severe tor-tuosity as the main performance in CHD patients complicated with diabetes mellitus （DM）. It was tongue base sequence length, thickness,moderate mainly tortuous,cyanosis in CHD patients complicated with hypertension. The main performances was tongue base context to in length,diameter,cyanosis,severe tortuosity in CHD patients complicated with DM and hypertension. Conclusion There was the different tongue veins signs in CHD patients complicated with different diseases.
