摘要
目前发达国家大多是通过收取电网连接、使用两方面费用来收回网络运行成本。在分析发达国家电价分摊方式基础上,详细研究了日本和英国的电价政策。
At present, developed countries usually recover network operation cost from the charge of grid connection and use. Based on analyzing the electricity price allocation of developed countries, this article studies the electricity price policy in Japan and Britain, and puts forward enlightenment for grid charging in China.
