摘要
立足双赢,以资金投入为研究对象,分析特许经营中特许人与加盟商费用收取的博弈过程.构建一个二层规划模型,对定额费用收取方式及模型进行求解.根据拥有资源的不同,将市场加盟商分为3种类型,市场中不同类型加盟商的数量将影响特许人的受益,给出特许人在不同市场环境下的最佳收费方式.
By proposing a bi-level programming model to study the payment in franchise house, the paper focuses on the form of a fixed-payment to the franchiser and analyzes the model. The conclusions is that there are three different types of franchisees on the unknown market and different types of the franchisees would result in variant profit of the franchisor. The paper ends with a discussion of how the franchiser sets the payment in different markets.
