输尿管上段狭窄行腹腔镜舌黏膜补片修复的手术配合 被引量：4

摘要 对1例输尿管上段狭窄患者行腹腔镜舌黏膜补片法输尿管成形术,手术过程顺利,手术时间105min,出血约20mL,术后1周舌疼痛消失,恢复良好出院。12周后复查B超显示左肾集合系统无分离,输尿管全程无扩张。充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合和严密的管理以及手术团队的默契配合是手术成功的关键。
