摘要
报告了70例应用自体口腔颊黏膜行尿道背侧镶嵌补片术患者的护理。术前做好口腔准备、会阴部准备、肠道准备。术后做好口腔、尿道的舒适护理,进行饮食和活动指导,加强尿管护理,注重抗生素的使用和并发症的观察。67例患者恢复良好,专科护理对提高手术的成功率有明显的作用。
This paper introduces the nursing care of 70 patients with rethral stricture treated by dorsal onlay buecal mucosal urethraplasty,such as preoperative preparations of oral cavity,perineal region and bowel; postoperative oral care,comfort care of urethral,diet and exercise instruction,nursing of indwelling catheter,use of antibiotics and observation of postoperative complications. As a result,67 patients recovered well.
