MgO-PSZ固体电解质管的研制

摘要 以中位粒径为5.11 um的MgO-PSZ为原料,采用冷等静压成型和固态烧结法,制备出致密化程度较高的固体电解质管,通过XRD、SEM、热膨胀分析仪等对其性能进行检测表征,并对MgO-PSZ固体电解质管的制备进行了系统的研究.分析发现,粉料粒径大小、等静压成型时压力大小、烧结工艺的高温烧结温度是影响MgO-PSZ固体电解质管抗热震性等性能的主要因素. With the median particle diameter 5.11 um MgO-PSZ as raw material,the solid electrolyte tube of high densifieation degree was prepared by cold isostatic pressing molding and solid state sintering. The performance characterization was tested by XRD,SEM and thermal expansion analyzer etc, and the fabrication of MgO style PSZ solid electrolyte tube was studied systematically. The analysis revealed that the powder particle size ,static pressure molding pressure and the high temperature sintering temperature were the main factors that influenced MgO-PSZ solid electrolyte tube thermal shock resistance and other properties.
