摘要
以 10mol%MgO -PSZ为基础 ,研究了添加 5 .7mol%、7.4mol%和 9.1mol%CeO2 的 (Ce,Mg) -PSZ陶瓷的力学性能和显微结构。实验结果表明 :材料的耐高温老化性随CeO2 含量的增加而增强。微观结构分析证实添加CeO2后高温时PSZ材料发生css-ZrO2 →t-ZrO2 +MgO分解 ,延缓了css-ZrO2 →m -ZrO2 +MgO分解。同时CeO2 和MgO有效地稳定了c -ZrO2 和t-ZrO2 。
Based on 10mol%MgO-PSZ, the mechanical properties and microstructure of (Ce,Mg)-PSZ ceramics with the addition of 5.7, 7.4 and 9.1mol%CeO 2 have been studied in this paper. The results show that the high temperature degradation resistance of (Ce,Mg)-PSZ ceramics is improved obviously with the increase of CeO 2 content. XRD and TEM analysis demonstrate that the addition of CeO 2 causes a new decomposition of c ss -ZrO 2→t-ZrO 2+MgO instead of the decomposition of c ss -ZrO 2→m-ZrO 2+MgO and c-ZrO 2 and t-ZrO 2 can be effectively stabilized by CeO 2 and MgO.
