摘要
随着我国高等教育由"精英化"向"大众化"的转变,高校学生事务管理专业化发展中出现理念落后、程度不高、缺乏理论、职业认同不够、队伍不稳定等问题日益凸显。通过中美高校学生事务管理专业化发展比较,从转变观念、加强理论研究和学科建设、学生事务管理人员的专业化发展、完善学生事务管理的组织结构等方面对如何完善学生事务管理专业化的模式探寻有效路径。
With the transition from elite higher education to mass higher education, student affairs management in Chinese universities are confronted with lots of problems in its professional development, such as outdated ideas, lack of theoretical knowledge, inadequate professional identity and lack of a stable team. After a comparison between Chinese and American universities, the paper discusses how to promote professional development of student affairs management in China by changing ideas, strengthening theoretical research and disciplinary construction, promoting the professionalization of the management and improving the organizational structure.
