摘要
酸枣是我国常见野生果树,为常用药用植物及最主要的栽培枣砧木,其果实和种子营养丰富、食疗价值高。该研究综述了酸枣果肉、种仁、叶、树皮和根中的主要化学成分,阐述了其食用、药用和栽培价值,分析了近年来酸枣产业的发展现状和存在问题,并对酸枣资源科学开发提出了一些建议,旨在为酸枣资源的高效利用及产业化开发提供参考依据。
Sour jujube is a common wild fruit tree in our country,commonly used medicinal plant and the main rootstock for the cultivated jujube.The fruits and seeds of sour jujube are rich in nutrition and therapeutic value.This paper summarized the main chemical constituents of sour jujube on fruit,semen,leaf,bark and root,expounded the value of edibility,medicine and cultivation,and analyzed the current state of sour jujube industry,the directions of exploitage and scientific utilization of plant resource were shown along with,in order to provide reference information for the efficient utilization and industrial development of sour jujube.
