摘要
目的:探究早期康复护理应用于针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者中的效果。方法:选取2014年7月~2015年7月应用针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者60例,分为对照组和研究组各30例,分别给予常规和早期康复护理,分析护理效果以及治疗前后Portmann评分。结果:研究组的护理总体有效率、总体满意率以及Portmann评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。讨论:早期康复护理在针灸周围性面瘫患者治疗中具有极高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective：To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated with acupuncture.Methods：60cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated with acupuncture from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into control group and research group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional and the research group was given early rehabilitation nursing,then analyzed the nursing effect and Port m Ann score before and after treatment.Results：The total nursing effective rate,overall satisfaction rate and Port m Ann score of research group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing in the acupuncture treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis has high application value,which is worthy of promotion.
