摘要
目的:探究尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期病变诊断中的价值。方法:选取2013年5月~2015年3月某院收治的糖尿病肾损伤患者40例作为观察组,并选取同期在院体检的健康者40例作为对照组,检测两组尿微量蛋白水平(主要包括尿微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白以及转铁蛋白和免疫球蛋白),并针对性统计分析微量白蛋白水平,综合评价尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期病变诊断中的价值。结果:观察组患者尿微量蛋白水平阳性检出率均较对照组高,对照组所有微量蛋白阳性检出例数基本为0,组间差异经统计学分析具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿微量白蛋白水平为(22.6±9.4),对照组为(9.3±3.1),统计学分析差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:尿微量蛋白检测用于糖尿病肾病早期病变临床诊断,其敏感性较高,可以作为糖尿病肾病早期病变诊断的可靠指标。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of microalbuminuria detection in the diagnosis of early lesions of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 cases of patients with diabetic renal injury treated in a hospital from May 2013 to March 2015 were selected as observation group, and another 40 healthy people who received health examination in the same period in the hospital were selected as control group, then detected the microalbuminuria levels of two groups (mainly including urinary albumin, α1-microglobulin, β2-microglobulin, and transferrin and immune globulin) . statistically analyzed the microalbumin level, and comprehensively evaluated the value of mieroalbuminuria detection in the diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease.Results: The positive detection rate of microalbuminuria level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the positive detection number of microprotein of control group was substantially zero, which the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The microalbuminuria level of observation group was (22.6 ± 9.4), and the microalbuminuria level of control group was (9.3± 3.1), which the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion. The detection of microalbuminuria in the diagnosis of early lesions of diabetic nephropathy has high sensitivity,which can be used as a reliable indicator in the diagnosis of early lesions of diabetic nephropathy.
