摘要
采用阻燃剂与分散染料对涤纶织物进行染色阻燃同浴整理,探讨了阻燃剂、涤纶织物结构以及染料结构对阻燃及染色效果的影响。结果表明,两种磷氮系阻燃剂与分散染料同浴加工处理涤纶织物,阻燃效果良好,都可达到国标B1级;结构相对紧密的织物,本身更不易燃烧,阻燃剂对疏松织物的影响更明显;不同的分散染料,采用染色阻燃同浴工艺,对织物的色光影响不同。涤纶织物阻燃染色一浴法工艺,具有工艺简单,阻燃效果好,对织物的机械性能、染色性能、白度和柔软度的影响不大。
Disperse dyeing and flame retardant finish of polyester fabric is carried out in one bath. The ef- fects of flame retardant agent, fiber and dye structures on the flame retardancy and dyeing effect are discussed. The results show that both of the flame retardants based on phosphorus and nitrogen com- bined with disperse dyeing in one bath can obtain good flame retardancy to reach Grade B1 of GB/T 5455, Tight and thick fabric is less likely to burn. The color fluctuation of the dyeings with one bath pro- cess depends on the disperse dyes. The new one bath process features simple process, good flame re- tardancy and less damage to mechanical property of the fiber.
