摘要
目的了解泰安市在校大学生生殖健康相关知识、态度、行为现状及服务需求,为探讨生殖健康教育干预措施提供理论依据。方法选取泰安市3所大学的1 538名大学生为研究对象,进行生殖健康问卷调查。结果 "人工流产对女性妊娠的影响"和"人类受孕的基本条件"2项生殖健康相关知识的知晓率最高(84.40%和83.62%)。男女生之间比较,除"月经的特点"和"避孕药的副作用"外,其余各项知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),男生明显高于女生。在校大学生对生殖健康相关的态度总体呈现一般水平,基本道德价值观正确,但婚前性行为、贞操重要与否等问题的态度模糊。有92.52%的在校大学生认为有必要开展避孕节育与生殖健康知识的普及和教育;在生殖健康和避孕节育知识教育的6种形式中,必修课(31.14%)、选修课(24.38%)及专题讲座(21.26%)3种形式比较受青睐;避孕药具最希望获得途径,依次为药店(30.10%)、百货超市(28.15%)及自动售卖机(25.81%)。对生殖健康知识获得及服务需求方面,性别间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论大学生生殖健康相关知识掌握程度处于一般水平,但服务需求相对较高,对性病与生殖健康相关知识和危害了解不深入。学校应根据学生需求及时开设相关教育课程。
Objective To understand knowledge, attitude and demand of reproductive health among college students in Tai' an. Methods Based on the self-designed questionnaire, 1 538 college students from 3 universities in Tai'an participated in this survey. Results The awareness rate of "impact of induced abortion among pregnancy women" and "basic condition of human conception" was the top two highest (84.4% and 83.62%, respectively). Awareness rate showed significant gender differences with male higher than female, except on menstrual knowledge and contraception side effects. Attitudes towards reproductive health were acceptable except on premarital sex and virginity. Nearly 92.52% of participants believed that it is need for reproductive health education, especially in the forms of compulsory course(31.14%), elective course (24.38%) and special lecture(21.26%). About 30% of college students had access to contraception in pharmacy, followed by supermarket (28.15%) and vending machines (25.81%). No significant gender differences were found in the knowledge of reproductive health and demand. Conclusion College students have reasonable reproductive health related knowledge, as well as high demand for reproductive health services. Results suggest universities should incorporate reproductive health information in the curricula system.
