摘要 研究了嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP-B)的压缩Mullins效应及其可逆回复。结果表明,在循环单轴压缩模式下PP-B出现显著的Mullins效应,当压缩应变一定的条件下,在第1次循环压缩时最大压缩应力和内耗均达到最大值,在第2次循环压缩时则发生大幅下降,但随后下降趋势逐渐减弱;热处理可以使Mullins效应得到一定程度的回复。 The Mullins effect and the reversibility of PP-B were investigated systematically.Experimental results showed that Mullins effect could be found in the cycle uniaxial compression mode of PP-B specimen;the maximum stress and internal friction under the fixed strain were decreased obviously after the first loading-unloading while only decreased slightly at the later loading-unloading cycles.The Mul lins effect could be reversible to some extent by proper heat treatment.
