摘要
采用炭黑(CB)增强顺丁橡胶(BR)硫化胶,对其力学行为以及压缩模式下的Mullins效应的"放大器效应"进行了研究。结果表明,CB增强BR硫化胶的强度显著提高,且CB用量为40phr时力学性能最佳;CB增强BR硫化胶在单轴循环压缩过程中存在显著的Mullins效应,且在特定压缩应变下,其最大压缩应力在第一次加载-卸载循环中达到最大值,在之后的压缩循环中有所下降;提高CB用量及增大压缩应变,Mullins效应得到强化。
cis-1,3-butadiene rubber(BR)vulcanizate was reinforced by carbon black(CB),mechanical properties and CB dosage on the "amplification effect" of Mullins effect were investigated systematically.Experimental results indicated that the strength of BR vulcanizates was enhanced obviously with incorporation of CB,when CB dosage was 40 phr,the mechanical properties were well.Mullins effect could be observed in the compression stress-strain curves of the BR vulcanizates during the uniaxial loading-unloading cycles;and the maximum stress under the fixed strain reached a maximum at the first loading-unloading while was decreased at the later loading-unloading cycles.Moreover,Mullins effect can be significantly enhanced with increasing CB dosage and compression strain.
