摘要
子牙河特大桥是连接津保铁路与京沪高铁两条高速铁路的重要枢纽,该桥为十三孔道岔连续梁桥,拥有4组42号道岔和1组12号道岔,全长405m,最宽处达31.83m,是目前国内最大规模的铁路道岔连续梁桥。施工中单根长达405m的预应力钢绞线给管道预留、钢绞线穿束、张拉效果控制增加了难度。通过多次研究、试验、总结,提炼出一种405m道岔连续梁整体张拉施工方法。该方法缩短了施工周期、增加了生产安全性、拓宽了应用方向,成功解决了超长钢绞线穿束和张拉的关键性技术和施工问题。
Ziyahe Bridge is the important hub connecting Tianjin-Baoding railway to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed,which is a thirteen hole switch continuous girder bridge. The bridge has four groups of No.42 switch and one group of No. 12 switch with the total length of 405 m and the maximum width of31. 83 m. During construction,the single 405 m prestressed steel strand results in that it is difficult for pipeline reserve,steel strand bundling and tension control. By many times of study and test,a kind of integral tension construction method for 405 m switch continuous girder is summarized. This method can shorten construction period,add production safety and widen use scope,which successfully solves the key bundling and tensioning construction problems of super long steel strand.
