摘要
结合团结河大桥工程特点,针对大跨径钢筋混凝土预应力连续梁桥施工工艺流程,确定了中跨合龙段施工关键技术控制环节。分析和计算了相应关键施工技术环节控制参数和控制要点,提出了相应的质量保障措施。通过施工完合龙段两侧测量监测,结果表明对施工关键技术的控制,很好地保证了合龙段施工质量,对相应工程建设有很好的借鉴作用。
Base on the characteristics of Tuanjiehe bridge project and the concrete continuous beam bridge construction process,authors ascertain the key technology of mid span closure segment. By analyzing the control parameters of the key technology and control points,the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the quality of construction. Through measuring height of the both sides of closure segment,the design and construction deviation is obtained when the engineering finished. The results show that key technology of construction control is a very important to ensure quality of the closure segment construction.
