摘要
仙居县永安溪是仙居人民的母亲河,永安溪流域是仙居县重要的生态走廊。随着以下岸水库为核心的一批控制性水利水电工程逐步建成,永安溪流域水资源已经从大力开发利用正逐步走向运行管理的新时期,上蓄、下调的流域水资源开发利用格局已逐步形成,生态用水的矛盾也日益显现。本文针对永安溪流域特点,通过对永安溪生态补水存在问题的分析和原因探讨,提出应对措施,为后续补水工程的决策和实施提供借鉴和参考。
Yongan Creek is the mother river of Xianju people, Yongan creek basin is an important ecological corridor in Xianju county.With the Xiaan reservoir as the core of a number of controlled water resources and hydnpowcr engineering gradually huih, Yongan water resources have been vigorously exploiting is gradnally moving to the new era of operation anti managementupsteam water storage,downstream regulation of water resources development and utilization pattern has gradually formed ,the contradiction of ecological water use is also increasingly apparent.In this paper,according to the characteristics of Yongan Creek Basin,through the analysis of the problems and reasons of ecological water supply in Yongan Creek,the countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for decisiun-making and implementation of follow-up replenishment project.
