摘要 目的探讨慢传输型便秘与中医"血瘀"的关系。方法造模组予大黄颗粒剂灌胃建立慢传输型便秘模型,对照组予同体积的蒸馏水灌胃;通过激光多普勒血流仪探针插入活体大鼠肛门内,比较两组大鼠的肠黏膜血流灌注量和血流速度;硝酸还原酶法测大鼠血清NO,酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清内皮素的水平,通过观察两组血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和内皮素含量水平,探讨慢传输便秘与血瘀的关系。结果造模组肠黏膜血流灌注量、血流速度与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),且造模组明显高于对照组;造模组首次黑便排出时间与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),且造模组明显长于对照组;造模组血清NO、内皮素(ET1)与实验组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论慢传输型便秘模型造模成功,且慢传输便秘与血瘀有关系。 Objective To discuss the relationship between slow transit constipation and traditional Chinese medicine "blood stasis". Methods Methods Build module in rats with rhubarb granules by gastric slow transit constipation model is set up. The control group was treated with distilled water of same volume. By laser doppler blood flow meter probes inserted into the living rats anus, compared two groups of rats of intestinal mucosal blood flow perfusion and blood flow velocity; Measurement of rats serum NO by nitrate reductase, method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the level of serum endothelin in rats, observed two groups content of serum nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin levels. To discuss the relationship between slow transit constipation and traditional Chinese medicine "blood stasis". Results The intestinal mucosal blood perfusion and blood flow velocity of the model group were significantly different from those of the control group(P〈0.05), and the model group was significantly higher than the control group; The first black stool time of the model group was significantly different from the control group(P〈0.05), and the model group was significantly longer than the control group, Serum NO and Endothelin(ET1) were significant different from experimental group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Conclusion Slow transit constipation model was successfully established, there is relationship between transmission constipation and "blood stasis".
