摘要
制造业越来越依赖服务要素实现价值增加和获取竞争优势,服务创新理论能够指导制造企业进行服务化转型,实现服务化制造的目标。根据服务创新理论的技术创新、流程创新、传递系统创新、客户界面创新等理论,提出服务化制造的技术驱动模式、服务扩展模式、服务专业化模式以及服务平台模式,旨为企业提高核心竞争力提供借鉴。
Manufacturing industry is more and more dependent on services elements to increase value and competitive advantage. The manufacturing enterprise can be guided by service innovation theory to carry on the service transformation; the goal of service manufacturing is achieved. According to the theorie of technological innovation,process innovation,delivery system innovation,and customer interface innovation of service innovation,the technology driven mode,service expansion mode,service specialization mode and service platform mode of service-oriented manufacturing are proposed,in order to provide reference for enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.
