摘要
吡唑醚菌酯是一种新型甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,它通过阻止细跑色素b和c_1间电子传递而抑制线粒体呼吸作用,使线粒体不能产生和提供细胞正常代谢所需要的能量(ATP),最终导致细胞死亡。该剂具有广谱,高效,毒性低,对非靶标生物安全,对使用者和环境均安全友好等特点。综述了吡唑醚菌酯的发现、理化性质、合成路线、残留分析、杀虫机理、抗药性、登记情况和应用现状,并对吡唑醚菌酯的开发应用前景进行展望。
Pyraclostrobin is a kind of new strobilurin fungicide.It prevents the electron transfer between c1 and b pigment,inhibits mitochondrial respiration and disrupts the mitochondrial energy production for normal cells need(ATP),eventually leading to cell death.It's marked by high germicidal activity,low toxicity and safety to non-target,user and enviroment.The research and development status of pyraclostrobin,including the discovery,physical and chemical properties,synthesis routes,residue analysis,insecticidal mechanism,resistance,registration and application situation were introduced in this paper.In addition,the development prospects of pyraclostrobin were discussed.
