急诊及床旁肺脏超声对急性呼吸窘迫综合征的价值 被引量:9

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是一种发病率、病死率较高的疾病,尽早诊断、评估和早期治疗对改善预后具有重要价值。急诊及床旁超声检查快速、简便、廉价、无辐射及可重复性强等特点是急危重患者非常便捷的诊断工具。
