摘要
近年来,我校勘查技术与工程专业启动了"卓越工程师的培养计划",旨在培养适应我国石油发展需求的综合应用型人才。为了满足该计划高标准人才培育的要求,学校加强了校内实践的基础设施,设计并建设了2口与油田井身结构相同的教学实验井,利用该实验井为学生开展了钻井、录井、固井和测井等多项实践教学工作。通过实验井实践教学,增强了学生在测井施工现场的实战技能,开拓了他们对新油气勘探方法的创新思维,以致于我系多名学生在企业举办的专业技能大赛中取得了优异的成绩。实验井结合配套的测量仪器,为学生专业技能和创新思维的培养提供了良好的平台,为"卓越工程师的培养计划"的顺利实施提供了有力的保障。
In recent years,the major of Prospecting Techniques and Engineering in our school has started the " Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" to aim at cultivating comprehensive applied talents to meet the requirements of China's petroleum development.To meet the requirements of cultivating high quality students,the school strengthens practice infrastructures and builds two teaching experiment wells which have the same size as realistic wells in oil fields.Using these two wells,the teaching practices of well drilling,cementing and logging for students are carried out,these strengthen students' actual practice skills in well logging and develop their innovative minds on new oil and gas exploration methods.Based on these,many students in our department have achieved excellent performance in the professional skill contests held by some enterprises.In general,the combination of experimental teaching wells,logging instruments and data acquisition systems forms a good teaching platform for the cultivation of professional skills and innovative minds for the students and provides a powerful guarantee for the " Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan".
