摘要
为了使学生加深对兰姆波传播机理的理解,基于教学团队在科研实验上积累的成果,搭建了兰姆波频散测量实验系统。该实验系统由信号发生器、声波发射和接收换能器、示波器以及三轴自动定位系统等组成。问题引导式的实验项目不仅让学生掌握了兰姆波的频散和衰减特征等基础知识,还激发了学生的科学研究热情。实验测量结果表明,对称兰姆波向钢板两侧泄漏的声波信号相位相同,反对称兰姆波向钢板两侧泄漏的声波信号相位相反,对称兰姆波在时域波形上振荡时间较长。实验教学内容的设计受课程组老师科研实验研究的启发,思路新颖且易于实现,体现了科教融合的教育理念。
Based on the results accumulated by the teaching team in scientific research experiments,the Lamb wave dispersion measurement experiment system was built for teaching undergraduates in authors’school for the first time.The system is composed of signal generator,acoustic wave transmitting and receiving transducer,oscilloscope and three-axis positioning device,etc.Through the experimental project,students not only master the basic knowledge of Lamb wave dispersion and attenuation characteristics,but also stimulate students’enthusiasm for scientific research.The experimental results show that the phase of symmetric Lamb waves leaking to both sides of the steel plate is the same,and the phase of antisymmetric Lamb waves leaking to both sides of the steel plate is opposite.The strong oscillation time of symmetric Lamb waves in the time domain waveform reflects the strong dispersion characteristics at the measurement frequency band.The design of the experimental teaching content is inspired by the scientific research experiment of the course group teachers,and the idea is novel and easy to realize,which reflects the educational concept of the integration of science and education.
