摘要
目的验证三通骨痛膏的消肿活血、镇痛及抗炎功效。方法取昆明种小鼠、SD大鼠、家兔,随机分为空白组、赋形剂组、阳性对照组及三通骨痛膏高、中、低剂量组(2,1,0.5 g/kg)。采用小鼠软组织撞击损伤模型,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型、兔耳血斑吸收试验及小鼠热板、醋酸扭体试验观察三通骨痛膏的药效作用。结果与空白组比较,三通骨痛膏能明显改善小鼠软组织损伤,显著增加兔耳血斑吸收率,显著减少小鼠扭体次数,明显提高小鼠热板痛阈值,明显降低大鼠棉球肉芽肿质量,明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三通骨痛膏具有消肿活血、抗炎镇痛的药效作用,为临床开发应用提供了理论基础。
Objective To verify the actions of santong tonggu paste as removing swelling,activating blood circulation,analgesia and anti-inflammation. Methods Kunming mice（ SD rats,rabbits） were randomized into a blank group,an excipient group,a positive control group and santong gutong paste groups of high,middle and low doses（ 2 g/kg,1 g/kg,0. 5 g/kg）. The pharmacodynamic effects were observed in soft tissue impact injury model mice,xylene-induced auricular swelling model mice,cotton pellet granuloma model rats,the test of ear blood spot absorption in rabbits,the hot plate and acetate-induced twister test in the mice. Results As compared with the blank group,santong gutong paste apparently relieved the injury of soft tissues in the mice,significantly increased blood spot absorption in the rabbits,significantly reduced the twister frequency in the mice,apparently improved pain threshold of hot plate in the mice,apparently reduced the weight of granuloma in the rats and apparently inhibited auricular swelling in the mice,indicating the significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Santong gutong paste acts on removing swelling,activating blood circulation,anti-inflammation and analgesia in pharmacodynamically,providing the theoretic basis for clinical development and application.
