摘要
本文以实践工作经验为基础,对大黄的化学成分进行分析,同时从泻下作用、影响离体小肠、抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎作用及降低胆固醇等方面对其药理作用研究进展进行总结,旨在明确其药效成分及作用,为其合理应用提供依据。
Based on practical working experience,this paper analyzes chemical constituents of Dahuang(大黄).At the same time,a review on pharmacological effects of Dahuang were summarized from the perspective of diarrhea pharmacological effects,small intestinal in vitro,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering and so on,to clarify the composition and role of its efficacy,and provide a basis for its rational application.
