摘要
本试验以玉米秸秆为主,添加各种附加料,充分搅拌混合,含水率调至50%左右,装入50 kg塑料袋,调制TMR发酵饲料,在常温下密封保存1个月(处理1)和3个月(处理2),取样分析其感官指标、发酵品质、营养成分以及粒度分布。结果表明,处理1和处理2发酵饲料感官评定为优良;处理1和处理2发酵饲料的含水量分别54.66%和53.80%,处理间无显著差异(P>0.05);处理2乙酸和总酸含量显著高于处理1,p H值显著低于处理1(P<0.05);处理2粗蛋白(CP)含量显著降低(P<0.05),但中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量在处理间无显著差异;处理1和处理2经PSPS筛分后第一层发酵饲料颗粒度间无显著性差异(P>0.05),第二层、第三层筛网和底层上的饲料颗粒比例均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。可见,玉米秸秆为主袋装发酵TMR饲料的发酵品质好,营养成分及粒度分布合理,可供1~3月保存使用。
Taking the corn stalk as the basis,kinds of cushion materials were added. The mixture were fully stirred and adjusted the moisture content to 50%,then were enclosed into 50 kg of plastic bag to modulate the TMR fermented feed. After storing for 1 month( treatment 1) and 3 months( treatment 2) at room temperature,the sensory index,fermentation quality,nutrient components and particle size distribution of the samples were analyzed. The results showed that the fermented feed sensory evaluation of two treatments both were good. The moisture content of treatment 1 and treatment 2 fermentation feed was 54. 66% and 53. 80%respectively,and had no significant difference between two treatments( P〈0. 05). The acetic acid and total acid contents in treatment 2 were significantly higher than that in treatment 1( P〈0. 05). The p H value in treatment 2 was significantly lower than that in treatment 1( P〈0. 05). The crude protein( CP) content significantly reduced in treatment 2( P〈0. 05). There were no significant difference in neutral detergent fiber( NDF) and acid detergent fiber( ADF) contents between two treatments( P〈0. 05). After PSPS screening,the feed particle proportion of the first layer sieve had no significant difference between two treatments( P〈0. 05),while that of the second and third layer sieve and bottom pan existed significant difference( P〈0. 05). So the corn stalk-based TMR fermented feed had excellent fermentation quality,reasonable nutrient composition and particle size distribution,and could be stored for 1 ~ 3 months.
