浇灌臭氧水对土壤营养及韭菜幼苗生理特性的效应 被引量:2

摘要 以山东省高密市五龙河农场大棚韭菜和土壤为试验材料,对土壤进行浇灌1 mg/L臭氧水处理,通过测定土壤矿质元素、有机质含量和pH值及韭菜幼苗鲜重、干重、叶片叶绿素含量、根系活力和SOD活性等指标,研究臭氧水浇灌对土壤营养成分及韭菜幼苗生理特性的效应。结果表明,浇灌臭氧水可显著增加韭菜幼苗鲜重、干重及叶片叶绿素含量,说明浇灌臭氧水对韭菜幼苗生长具有明显促进作用;浇灌臭氧水后韭菜幼苗根系活力和叶片SOD活性显著增加,说明浇灌臭氧水可明显提高韭菜幼苗的抗逆性;土壤有机质含量的降低可能与臭氧水的氧化作用有关;浇灌臭氧水使土壤N、Ca及微量元素Mn和B含量显著降低,应适当补充相应元素,避免韭菜的缺素伤害。 The greenhouse leek and soil from Gaomi Wulong river farm of Shandong Province were used as the experimental materials and were irrigated with ozone water of 1 mg / L. The effects of ozone water irrigation on soil nutrients and physiological characteristics of leek seedlings were studied through measuring indexes of the mineral elements,organic matter content,pH value of soil,and the fresh weight,dry weight,leaf chlorophyll content,root vigor,and SOD activity of leek seedlings. The results showed that irrigating ozone water could significantly increase the fresh weight,dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content of leek seedlings. It indicated that ozone water irrigation had promoting effects on the leek seedling growth. The root vigor and leaf SOD activity of leek seedlings were significantly increased after irrigating ozone water,which indicated that ozone water irrigation could obviously increase the stress resistance of leek seedlings. The decrease of organic matter content of soil might be related to the oxidation of ozone water. Otherwise,ozone water irrigation might decrease the major element levels of N and Ca and trace element contents of Mn and B in soil,and the corresponding nutrients should be appropriately added so as to avoid the leek nutrient deficiency damage.
