摘要
主要针对深海钻井作业设计了一种白油基恒流变钻井液。我们主要通过添加有机土和高分子聚合物来达到钻井液恒流变的目的。还评价了有机土的种类与含量、高分子聚合物的含量、油水比和钻井液密度对白油基钻井液流变性(动切力YP)的影响。
A white oil based constant rheological drilling fluid system for deepwater drilling was designed. In the design, adding organic clay and high molecular polymer into the drilling fluid can maintain the constant rheology. In addition, effect of organic clay content, high molecular polymer content, the ratio of oil to water and the density of drilling fluid on the rheological properties, especially the yield value of drilling fluid was evaluated.
