摘要
违法建设不仅制约城市的健康发展,还危害社会公平正义,损害政府公信力,引发了群众不满,成为社会治理的老大难问题。本文在总结违法建设的特点和治理的难点的基础上,以浙江省开展违法建设治理工作为例,提出应建立多方联动的违法建设治理机制,以解决违法建设治理中行政部门出现的空心化、碎片化问题。
Illegal constructions not only restrict health of urbans＇ developments, but also jeopardize fair and justice of societies, harm public trust of governments, cause dissatisfaction of people, and became long-standing problem of social governance. Based on summarizing features of illegal constructions and difficulties of governance, this article takes governance towards illegal constructions in Zhe Jiang province as an example, offers a proposal that establish multi-lateral cooperation governance mechanism of illegal constructions, in order to solve the hollowing and fragmented problems in administrative departments during governance of illegal constructions.
