摘要
采用自设问卷,对浙江省12所三级医院的医师进行问卷调查。调查发现,浙江省不同级别三级医院医师在多点执业意愿以及去基层多点执业意愿方面,省市县不同级别三级医院有统计学差异,应该采取更有针对性的措施来促进优质医疗资源合理流动;在收入满意度方面,三级医院医师大部分并不满意,并且在多点执业原因选择上提升经济收入是第一原因。因为医师多点执业主要的动因还是增加收入,所以应该重视从提升经济收入角度来推动多点执业政策的执行。
Doctors in 12 tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang have got a questionnaire, It shows that there are big gaps on multi-sited licensed in primary hospital among provincial, municipal and county level tertiary hospital. It is considered that more effective countermeasures needs to be taken to promote excellent health resources rational allocation. Revenue is the most important reason on multi-sited licensed because of the dissatisfaction on revenue in tertiary hospital, it seems that it needs to pay more attention on revenue motivation for promoting multi-sited licensed policy.
