摘要
评价高温模拟给水环境下,不同水质对碳素钢的流动加速腐蚀的影响。实验结果表明,联氨质量浓度大于10μg/L的水质是没有添加联氨的水质对管材减薄速度的2~5倍。在没有联氨存在的水质条件下,需要将给水p H提高到9.7以上才能有效抑制流动加速腐蚀的发生。另外,在保管时将p H调节至10.5以上时,不需要使用联氨。
The influence of different water qualities on flow accelerated corrosion(FAC) of boiler tube materials in thermal power plant is investigated in high temperature simulated water supply environment.Experimental results show that the water quality of hydrazine concentration greater than 10 μg/L can make the speed of boiler tube thickness reduction 2~5 times faster than the water quality of without hydrazine.In the case of water quality without hydrazine, FAC can not be restrained sufficiently until the p H value of feedwater is increased to more than 9.7 in addition, while the p H value adjusted to 10.5above, hydrazine is unnecessary in lay-up.
