摘要
针对某联合循环机组低压汽包折流挡板发生的流动加速腐蚀,从折流挡板材质、汽包运行温度、炉水处理工况、炉水流动状态等方面分析了导致腐蚀的原因,指出了汽包内部装置中其他部件发生流动加速腐蚀的可能性,提出了抑制低压汽包内部装置流动加速腐蚀的方法。
In light of the flow accelerating corrosion (FAC) occurring on the baffle plate in the lowpressure drum of a combined cycle unit, causes leading to the FAC have been analyzed, such as the plate material, drum operating temperature, boiler water handling conditions and boiler water flowing status, etc. The possibility of FAC on other components within the drum has also been discussed while methods to inhibit the FAC put forward.
