摘要
手术室是医院重要环节之一,它的流程能否正常、高效、科学将直接影响到医院经济效益和病人的满意度。随着医疗体系日益复杂,流程阻滞成为医院日益凸显的问题,仿真显现了它解决问题的优势。通过对对象医院在常规模式和突发模式下的手术流程及数据分析研究,基于新型仿真软件SIMIO,结合医院手术室现存问题,从合理利用资源的角度出发,对手术室现状做了细致的研究。在常规模式下,在现状的仿真分析的基础上,通过仿真试验,给出了充足资源的配置方案并结合成本及医院手术室的实际约束,给出了优化资源配置方案;在突发模式下,以汶川地震为例,创新地模拟了突发情况下医院手术室的运作情况,并且提出了应对突发情况的手术室流程改造、医护人员和手术室管理的合理化建议。该仿真模型是一个手术室研究平台,可以根据不用医院的情况进行修改,研究手术室流程的瓶颈,以及在突发模式下医院应对能力的评估。
Operating Theatre (OR) plays a significant role in hospital' s income and its cost, which impacts on the performance of the entire hospital. Surgery scheduling, therefore, has drawn a lot of attentions from all over the world in recent years. In this study, we built a simulation model and a simulate-on analysis has made based on this model in normal situation. Then, we take the cost into consideration and present a reasonable resources allocation. Moreover, we took Wenchuan earthquake for example. We built a simulation model and a simulation analysis has made based under unexpected event. At the end of paper, reasonable suggestions are proposed to cope unexpected events. This model is a platform to research operation room of hospital, we can study bottleneck for process and e- valuate the hospital' s ability to cope unexpected events.
