摘要
该文以海南省儋州市为例,基于相关利益者视角,提出一个各利益主体共同认可并充分参与的旅游准确扶贫开发模式,并从制度、组织、资金投入、教育培训等方面提出保障模式实施的方法。
Taking Danzhou as an example and from the perspective of correlative profit operator, this paper proposes a model of exploring targeted tourism poverty alleviation which is recognized and participated by every correlative profit operator. And it puts forward the implementation methods of assurance mode from the perspective of regulations, organizations, funding and educational training.
