摘要
电梯在国内外已经普及,应用PLC对其进行控制能够提高其安全性、舒适度以及灵活性、易维护性。本文根据西门子PLC S300的特点对一种类型电梯进行设计,利用其专用软件STEP7编写程序,并根据其仿真软件进行仿真,同时将其输入实际电梯。试验结果表明,利用PLC对电梯进行控制非常容易,也为电梯的故障诊断提供了方便。
Elevator has seen an omnipresence home and abroad,and the application of PLC in elevator control can make the elevator safer,more comfortable,more flexible and easier to maintain. This paper,according to the characteristic of Siemens PLC S300,designs an elevator. We use a special software,STEP7,for programming,carry out the simulation with the simulation software and input the program into the actual elevator. Test results show that it is very easy to control the elevator using PLC. What＇s more,PLC provides convenience for elevator fault diagnosis.
